   By participating in gaming activities at Chances Casino Squamish, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Account and Password

   If you have an account with us, it's your responsibility to keep your password confidential and secure. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.

6. Payment Terms

11. Limitation of Liability

    We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation in gaming activities at our venue, except where such liability is required by law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration according to the rules of that jurisdiction.
